| Syncarella™ is a video markup tool which allows you to watch and draw on top of video files simultaneously with other users in the session. All playback and drawing tools are synchronised, so everyone gets to see what everyone else is doing in realtime. Syncarella™ is used by film and video professionals, directors and motion graphics artists around the world to help streamline the creation of moving-image content on the web. |

Preparation. Make sure the latest version of Java™ is installed on your computer and that you have all the video files you need in the correct codecs. (see 4 below for codec info) |

Click the big pink pumpkin to launch Syncarella™. You need to say YES at the Java™ security dialogue to allow it to run. |

Start single-user mode. Then enter the email addresses of all the people you want to invite into the session. Syncarella™ will generate a unique Session password which each user will need in order to join your Session. |

Load your video files (and wait for other
users to do the same.) Video files are currently limited to the following formats.

Draw,
play and scrub. Click Snapshot to save
your sketches as png files to the Syncarella folder on your Desktop. Session managers and Single users can click Menu to load or swap video files. |
